n'ata jurnata strèuza
i' c''e nnaserchie fredde
pe' 'nnant'ê llastre, janche
tìttule e trezze d'aglio niente struscio
chiù e 'a sotto n'arrenzà
che va e chi vene muro muro, 'a sotto
tantillo 'e neve, ma na foja cuieta
'a neve lucente... e sciulia 'o tiempo
'int'â jurnata strèuza appennuliata
a nu rinaccio 'e nuvule... ma eva
ajére o puramènte mo'? i' sulo
po' copp'a sta scalélla 'e penziére
cu 'a capa agliummaruta...
e 'a neve se stuta.
